If you have placed an order, please note the following:

We use Paypal or 2checkout to process your online transaction using a totally secure SSL server. 2checkout is an authorised retailer of Hunkwear.

All prices are in US dollars, but will accept credit cards from most countries.

Hunkwear never sees your credit card details.

Your credit card statement will show 'Paypal/Hunkwear ####' or '2co-hunkwear'.

To use this cart you need to make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.

Note: all orders shipped in discreet plain packaging-"Hunkwear" is not written on the package

You will receive an automatic e-mail letting you know that we have received your order and your payment is being processed. Please make sure it has not gone to your spam folder.

Shipping

We do not dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order as a credit card fraud protection. This allows the system to make checks required to validate your purchase.

We rarely send to post office boxes, (unless your credit card is registered to a PO box). We prefer to send your order to the street address registered with your credit card.

We will notify you if there are any delays such as unavailability of particular items.

Please allow 2- 3 weeks for your order to arrive. We air-freight all around the world using Air Mail, and take personal care of each order so please be patient. US orders are shipped by USPS.

A tracking number is generally not used to save on postage costs.

Privacy

Hunkwear respects your right to privacy. We will not give any of your personal information including email address to any third party. We may email previous customers from time to time with new products or discounted lines that may be of interest to you.

Size

Please refer to the sizing chart to get your correct size as we do not allow returns for incorrect choice of size or color.

Returns Policy

Do to government hygiene regulations, we do not exchange underwear, swimwear or any of our products (except for faulty products). Any authorized returns for faulty products must be in perfect condition and not washed or obviously worn.
